Here's How It Works:
Please submit a request form that includes amount requested, organization details including where to remit payment, and employee’s proof of contribution (ie copy of a check, credit card statement, receipt).
Accounting will issue payment within 7 days. Please note – payment must be made directly to the organization.
The $100 can be a one-time payment or split as needed such as five $20 payments.
Please note that matching funds are subject to approval by management.
